“The food and service were excellent! It's easy to put your order in at the kiosk, which they have a few of, or up front with a staff member. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. I personally think that habit Burger is a few steps above most other burger restaurants. There are pluses and minuses to some of the others, but as far as just flavor, texture and size these burgers are amazing. A personal favorite is the grilled on rye burger that they brought back.“

BLTs, fries, and the burgers are the best things on the menu (besides the loooong list of shake haha) but recently the cleanliness has declined a noticeable amount, now I understand because most of the time it's only messy because of the enourmous amount of people coming in and out but sometimes I'm there for about 30-45 minutes and no one even gives the tables a wipe down! “The owner Stevie is AMAZING! We came in with a big party of 6 adults and 6 kids (all under the age of 5) around 8pm. We were looking for a last minute place to host our friends who were visiting us and Stevie truly went above and beyond my expectations! She made sure the adults were taken care of, as well as our kids. She and her dad were very attentive the whole night, even though there was another big party at the same time. She even made sure we knew about their kids section, which has bar stools and a counter full of coloring books, puzzles, books, magazines, playing cards, etc. Our kids were getting restless being at the restaurant, but she took time to talk with them, and entertain them with stickers and knick knacks. She even let them take a toy home! She was just the sweetest. It's hard to find a place that accommodates kids, and would never expect any establishment to bend over backwards just because have kids. But she was just so welcoming to us all. We will definitely be coming back!“

“I really like nations. Ill come in frequently and buy the hamburgers. But im here today not to talk about the food or the service. Instead we need to think about the bathroom use policy. The last few times ive came in the bathroom is foul smelling. It always smells the same. So I assume its the same person that wrecks havoc on that bathroom I mean they really come in and assault it. The smell Lingers out into the sitting area. You cant even go in there to wash your hands with out it ruining your desired to eat. You try to hold your breath the whole time but you'll still smell it in your nostrils. Covering your face with your shirt does nothing at all. Like honestly if its an employee that does that, take that war to Dennys. Go in to Dennys and drop bombs there and come back to work after, Your customers will thank you. You probably could even benefit from seeing a doctor. But if its the same customer that comes in and does that you really should have a talk with the customer about the level of lingering stench they can leave. Tell the number 1 only or say that the bathroom is closed. At minimum get bathroom spray and air the place out after whom ever is doing that. Get shop fans and air it out in no time. Even better make sure the person doing it sees you do that so they get the hint.“

“This place is a true gem! My husband and I have ate here twice now and we have NOT been disappointed. Our first time there he ordered a burger of some sort and I got the grilled chicken sandwhich in a lettuce wrap. Both were absolutely delicious. Our second time around he got the pesto crepe with fries, and I got the Mediterranean crepe with salad. We both agreed that my crepe was better, despite our love of pesto, but both were good. The fries and salad hit the spot as well, mostly because their ranch dressing is fantastic. Prices were definitely reasonable. I look forward to trying other things on the menu. “Had a small issue with my order at The Habit Burger in Folsom. I ordered a side salad, but it was rung in incorrectly and I was charged for a different item. When I brought it to the counter, the manager Connor immediately stepped in, listened, and offered a full refund with no hesitation.

What really made the visit shine was how attentive Connor was afterward. He checked on us multiple times, was incredibly kind, and even handed out gummy candy to young kids while wishing everyone a Merry Christmas — something we noticed he did with every customer. We also overheard him coaching the cashier, reminding her to always confirm orders before payment, which showed great leadership.

The food was very tasty, and Connor completely turned a mistake into a memorable experience. We’ll definitely be back.“

“We came by The Squeeze today and it was their last day in their current building. So sad that they will not be there any longer. However, they will have a food truck and advised us that if you search them on Facebook or Instagram they will provide more details about when the food truck will start to be available. “This was my first visit to Shake Shack. It's located at the Palladio in Folsom. I went on a Friday around 1130am, so parking was plentiful. I was greeted by a staff person as soon as I entered. The menu and order/pick up counter are right at the entrance. In addition to a variety of burgers there are vegan options, chicken sandwhiches, hot dogs, soft drinks, milkshakes and even a selection of beer and wines! The entrance is full of light and very welcoming. There are several seating areas inside and out. I ordered a single burger with no cheese and fries. I sat near the entrance and observed a steady flow of customers ordering to eat in as well as those ordering to go or delivery service pick ups. My order arrived in about 5 minutes (they bring it to your table). My burger was a delicious smashed burger and the crinkle cut fries were fresh and hot. As a staff person was delivering an order to another table, he stopped to ask me if my order was ok. I was pleasantly surprised by that because most fast food places do not check on you after you receive your order. 5 stars for the excellent customer service! Overall a great place to stop in to satisfy your hunger and experience great customer service.“

“We visited the Burger King at Iron Point in Folsom today, and honestly, it felt like stepping back into the days when fast food places truly cared about their customers. The restaurant was clean, the service was warm, and everyone seemed genuinely happy to help—something that has become surprisingly rare.
Special recognition to Marta, who was amazing! She paid attention to the little details, made sure we had everything we needed (napkins included!), and treated us with real kindness. It’s refreshing to see a team that still takes pride in good service instead of just doing the bare minimum.
These days, many fast food restaurants feel like they’re cutting corners everywhere they can. But this Burger King clearly values its customers and its staff, and it absolutely shows in the experience.
