“I got the protein acai smoothie but made into an acai bowl with the flax granola and it was absolutely unreal and filling. It had the protein and substance. I have a place back home that I swear by for the best protein acai bowls and this place compares to it. So yummy! The only bummer is that there isn’t any seating to sit and chat with a friend. But they do have 2 benches and seating outside if it’s good weather that day. 10/10“

I just want you all to know, the people in the Folsom location are always friendly and pleasant, which isn’t always the case today. “Jamba at Renaissance Creek is not just my favorite smoothie business. It is my favorite business period. The owner keeps the store spotless and completely up-to-date. The staff is exceptionally well trained and exceptionally friendly. Like in any business that hires young people, there is some inherent turnover, but every new hire that comes in is as good as the last. I don't know this for a fact, but I bet this Jamba's turnover is very low for the industry. I do love the Jamba product and have been to many locations, but this location is the best by far. I have been treated very well. My very highest recommendation.“

The lady there was so nice and let me try a matcha drink that was very tasty. they have an excellent menu of drinks and some baked goods that are health conscious and good for diabetics and Paleo type diets. The smell is a heavy mix of fruit juice and sanitizer though. Would recommend adding a better ventilation system and a bit more lighting to really take it to the next level. “I decided to try this place on a whim instead of my usual starbs run because starbs coffee is honestly low quality but it's convenient.

First off the place is easy to miss! Which is a shame because it is a cute little shop!

Today the shop was a little quiet (I went in about 830a). I honestly wasn't expecting much as most coffee shops are often subpar.

I did not catch the young lady's name who helped me but she was very friendly, when I told her it was my first time in she immediately offered to make a few suggestions if I needed it. I asked her what the favorite food item was, she suggested the Turkey Pesto Sandwich.

I must say it was fabulous! I find that Pesto is very hit or miss. If you are sensitive to spiciness I would just say there is a small hint of spice to the sandwich, which I found to be a pleasant surprise. The Turkey was fresh and the bread was toasted just right, small crunch but easy to bite into.

The place is very small, so there are only a few places to sit. I would bank on taking your coffee/food to go. I can see it feeling a bit crowded if more than a few people are waiting for their items.

I had a Hot Caramel Latte with almond milk, normally I would get nonfat/skim but they were out. Quite frankly, the almond milk added a pleasant nutty flavor to the drink rather than overpowering the drink. You can definitely taste the quality of the beans. I don't know if any of you have ever smelled Starbs espresso beans but I bought some to start making coffee at home and it smells like feet to me which prompted me to start exploring different beans and places. I am so glad I stopped in here and if I'm in the area again I'll be sure to be back!“

“I love getting tea here. I enjoy their perks and deals they often have. The popcorn chicken is a great snack that pairs well with the tea. Be aware of the parking situation on Friday night and the weekend. The parking lot fills up and can sometimes be an issue, but I tend not to go at busy times, so it's rarely impacted me.“
