“Tonight was Geezer Gig night, and the places was hopping, lots of locals and newbies alike. Awesome atmosphere, funky and cool with great live music. The food is high quality pub cuisine, and went enjoyed everything we've had so far(the artochoke spinach dip was my fav).I am definitely coming back soon.“
“Lunch today was DJ's Spicy Chicken Salad for me and the day's special burger with garlic parmesan fries for my spouse. Lunch was good and so was the service. I got a side salad with my sandwich. I'm always surprised by how good the side salads are. I could only eat half of the sandwich, but my husband devoured his entire meal and had a Belching Beaver IPA with it. I recommend this spot, especially if you're looking for interesting beer and tasty food. They have covered outdoor seating, but we opted to sit inside today.“
“They've got great food, all cooked-to-order. So far, I've had their hot dogs, pizza, garlic fries, and a couple of other offerings. You can't go wrong. Though a bar first, I wouldn't (and haven't) hesitate(d) to drop in for dinner.Get there while there is still daylight, and you will be rewarded with an incredible view of the hills surrounding Colfax, and if you're lucky, a train snaking its way up (or down) the Sierras.The decor here is ultra-cool. Upon entry, you will understand why it is aptly named the Red Frog. But look a little closer.... everywhere. I have enjoyed this place several times throughout its years in existence. “This is a beautiful restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating Full bar and fresh warm chips and different types of salsa. Margaritas are great and Jake the bartender is awesome! Large portions. Steak fajitas are wonderful It's always busy because they have great Mexican. Food!“
