A new favorite of ours. The coffee and hot chocolate we ordered came out perfect. Shop local and try out a new place. They come highly recommended.

I have been here a few times and really want to like it. The coffee is fine, interesting assortment of creative drinks to try but my main concern is how long it takes to order. It's normally fine if you are there on a weekday / non rush. But during the weekend you can find yourself waiting in line for quite some time. I just wanted a quick cappuccino and since there is only one employee I was waiting way longer than I should have for her to make food for the previous customer. The food looks really good but you shouldn't t be expecting your customers to wait that long for coffee. I watched a family walkout while I was there, and I can't help but think that you all are losing valuable customers! Recommend either condensing/ simplifying the food menu or getting another barista on the weekends.

I think the only thing nice about this place was the Ambiance and customer service. We discussed getting coffee today on our walk and decided to try a new place. After paying $5-$6 each for a coffee we smelt beans and no not coffee beans just beans. I took 1 sip of my latte and it tasted like creamy pinto beans. I threw it away immediately. They need to find a better brand of coffee to go with because nobody wants pinto beans for their coffee.

After walking around downtown GV, four of us decided to get a nice coffee and relax awhile. Between $6 and $7 each, plus tip, we were certain the coffee would be great. We were terribly wrong. Two of us threw our coffee away after only a couple of sips. The other two endured. How can coffee be SOUR? Since we ordered the "sweet cream" we wondered if the cream was bad, but there were no curdles. Besides, two of the orders had no cream. Sour coffee!! It was very disappointing, and we will not be going back. Worst coffee we've ever had.

Bluebell is a cute gem on the main strip or downtown grass valley. The staff was very kind and the coffee was delicious. Will return when I'm back in the area!

The staff was a o kind and calm when there was a long line and she was the only person working on a holiday! The hot chocolate was amazing.Dietary restrictions: The Mexican chocolate is REAL cacao- no soy!

I've been coming here a lot since the summer--the sweet cream cold brew was basically a staple of my day. Now that the weather has shifted, I've been really enjoying the vanilla cardamom latte. I bounce around a bit to other local shops but this one has become my favorite for consistency and deliciousness of this most important daily ritual.

I tried the spiced rum coffee, and it was awful. There was too much extract & not enough spice. The pumpkin spice latte and mocha latte were amazing. I also had the nut balls, which were really delicious ?.

Sick worker and bad cold brew. I got a their vanilla cream cold brew. I took one sip and realized it was bad. Such a weird aftertaste and almost bitter as if it was old or steeped too long. I went back to ask how long they steep their cold brew, the lady working there didn't know. Strange since it should be brewed everyday usually on a 12 or 24 hour round. I asked what roast it was, she didn't know. All she could do was tell me to read the package the beans came in. She tried the cold brew and said she couldn't tell if it was off because she had a cold!! I wasn't offered a different drink, something to add to make it better or anything so I threw it away. Waste of $6 and I was hoping to love this place because of their cute aesthetic. I've been working in coffee shops for years and have never had to toss a coffee because it tasted so strange/bad. Also sick workers shouldn't be making food/drinks! She was the only one there.
