“I got there and there were 2 people in front of me. When I sat down to wait for my order there were 7 people behind me. I sat and waited for less than 3 minutes, so their service is yay great! I ordered a bean and cheese burrito with onions and cilantro. They have some great salsas so fix your own. The burrito was spectacular! Lots of cilantro (I love it!), the salsa was really spicy and super flavorful. I ate the burrito for 2 days it was huge! I really liked the creaminess of the beans and the cheese was very nice. I would definitely go there again and I know my daughter, who is local, will be a regular!“

“This place is one of my date night staples. The service is always on point, and the food... THE FOOD. It's always delicious. Seriously, I've never had even a mediocre meal here. It can get pretty busy during dinner time, especially on the weekends, but the restaurant itself is pretty spacious and even has a back room you can section off for larger groups. Overall, this is my staple Mexican restaurant in town!“

“The atmosphere of this place leaves a lot to be desired, but don't let that deter you from eating the food! You can order by phone and carry out or you can eat in. Either way, the food is fantastic! The staff is friendly and helpful and always polite. This is my family's go-to Mexican restaurant. Reasonably priced, fresh, delicious food. They offer catering, too!Wheelchair accessibility: Maneuvering within the restaurant itself might be a bit tricky, but accessing the entry and the front counter to place an order is completely doable in a wheelchair.“

“The staff are always nice, the food is good quality and comes out quick, they have a nice wide selection and this is some of the best Mexican I've had on the hill, their rice can be a bit dry, but aside from that the food is good. it reminds me of some of the stuff you can get in San Diego. I would highly recommend at least checking it out if not becoming a regular. 9/10Wheelchair accessibility: It's right on the sidewalk, there is a little bit of a lip but nothing too crazy. Should be plenty accessable to the differently able“

“Honestly, you could walk in the door and throw a dart at the menu and hit a winner! You can’t go wrong. I’ve been dining at Cocina Michoacana for 23 years and I’ve ordered just about everything there is on the menu. It's all authentic and absolutely delicious. The service is friendly and courteous, too! Try the Creamy Garlic soup or La Compuesta with chicken, pork or beef! Their Chimichangas are killer, too! Family friendly, fresh Mexican food and cold Modelo! Viva la Cotija!“
