This business was shut down by the governor of CA about a month ago. My source is the voice message from the manager about a month ago. Their phone service is completely disconnected and the building is being renovated currently.

I signed up for the Sizzlers Club some time ago. It is very easy to do. With club membership I receive e-mail coupons. We utilized the 8 oz. steak and baked potato coupon, which made it only $11.00 per person. It was freshly cooked within 10 minutes.
