“I had the Reuben sandwich with a side salad. It was filling, hearty, and delicious. The tempeh was so delicious, and the side salad even had a little quinoa in it. The green dressing for the salad was also quite yummy. Many vegan restaurants lack in the protein department, but here they had tempeh, ‘eggs’, tofu, lentils, beans, and fake chicken as options, with plenty of dishes doubling up on proteins.The carrot cake slice was also really great, though I could taste a little baking powder - that didn’t stop me from eating the whole thing.They served me water as I waited for my takeout order, and everything came out in just a few minutes of my order.My family stopped in this town to go to the GF bakery, but I have egg and dairy allergies - thank goodness the Grain Café was right next to it, otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to have a proper lunch!Dietary restrictions: There are gluten free options, which are clearly marked on the menu. My dairy and egg allergies were covered, as the whole establishment is vegan.“
“Was looking for a local healthy place to stop by for lunch and tired of the usual Simply Salad menu when I stumbled upon this place on google. Based on the reviews I decided to stop by. I am so glad that I did. The moment I walked in we were greeted like we were the Obamas! The owner spoke to us as we walked up to the counter, explained the menu items to us, and gave us samples. He was very personable in a way that felt like I was talking to someone who not only cared deeply for his business but us as his customers. The menu is large but not overwhelming. It’s just enough so that you try something and have something else in mind that you want to try the next time. Our salads were fresh, the dressings were unique, & DONT GET ME STARTED ON THAT CLAM CHOWDER. If I wasn’t trying so hard to unbig my back I would have gotten the stuffed bake potato. I will definitely be back and recommending this place to everyone I know. I wish I took a stack of their business cards, I would be passing them out everywhere lol“
“City of Paramount and local restaurants partnered up and gave away $50 gift cards. Lucky for me I scored on one, took advantage and chose Fatima's to finally try it out. The Downey location is always packed so I was happy to see a new location closer to me and hope I'd like it. My chile relleno burrito did not disappoint! I recently tried one at a different restaurant and felt the relleno was pointless and was not impressed. Fatima's burrito changed my perspective on that and the chile relleno with all the cheese was life! 4/5 only thing I wish they had was a good spicy/hot salsa to pair with it. I snagged the roasted hot jalapeno off my friends Chicken Kabob plate. Chicken 4/5 was good, juicy & flavor able but the rice 2/5 I was not a fan of. Tried the Birria Taco 3/5 they are generous with the meat because it came in 2 tortillas I was able to make 2 tacos out of the 1 and share it. The fish taco here was not to our liking. I do look forward to returning and trying other menu items. Also had good service.“
“I'm sad that this place opened up after I moved away! They have great quality poke by the pound, with many flavors and also great customer service along with other dishes too. Really friendly employee that always greets me every time I come, and the poke itself is really tasty compared to the generic poke places around. I personally love flavor so I like how their poke is so flavorful, although sometimes it's a LITTLE too flavorful, which I don't mind but my wife does. I love their limu poke, the crunchy bits of seaweed from Hawaii give a really good contrast to the poke, and it's consistently one I always get from here. Prices are reasonable and I love just getting some poke from here, making rice at home, and just having a nice little dinner, that is only if I didn't finish all the poke on the way home.“

“One of my favorite spots in Torrance. I love coming here for a healthy lunch or dinner. Their wraps are fresh and are made to order. They're huge!! I love the variety of veggies and meats that I can choose to customize the wraps here. Another favorite entree here is the spaghetti bolognese. It's hearty, filling, and comforting.“

“I'm not sure why it took me so long to try this place, but I'm so glad Uber Eats suggested it. Firstly, their plates are jam-packed with abundant servings. Secondly, they're protein options are well seasoned, juicy, and delicious. I've had their beef, gyro, and chicken. All three are to die for, but my favorite is their beef and gyro. Lastly, their green sauce is fire/cherry on top. Yes, it's a bit spicy, but nothing you can't tolerate if you enjoy spice. All in all, this place checks off all the boxes for me, and I'm so glad I found it. If you haven't tried it, don't wait. Run! You'll thank me later.“
“I'll start off why I didn't give 5 stars. TOO MUCH SODIUM. I suppose this may be the reason why the meals are so good lol. It's a must to ensure you drink a lot of water if these meals are your go-to like they've become mine. My favs are the turkey taco bowl, and chicken shawarma. The last two times I went, unfortunately the chicken shawarma was out of stock which was a bummer. I do appreciate the buy 5 get 1 free and the discount for cumulative points. I think the meals are fairly priced and affordable so I hope they don't increase. If they could use less sodium they would definitely have 5 stars from me!“
