We started at city sports last year in October. The entire city sports team is so friendly and welcoming. Zach and Josh are amazing! Josh paired us up with a personal trainer Francisco. Francisco is one of the best trainers as he is just as invested in our workout plan as we are. He changes up the workout and challenges us each week. I was very apprehensive about starting to work out in a gym. Being older, very overweight and in terrible shape and wanting to climb a volcano in Iceland in 3 months, it was my last hope. I was nervous but I went in. What a wonderful surprise! I was immediately comfortable. The atmosphere was very friendly. Francisco became my trainer. He is the best! Unfortunately this gym has mirrored that of 24 hour fitness just down the road. Now, I don't blame the staff primarily for the inability to keep the place clean, I blame the individuals 21 and younger as well as some of those who are "adults". Locker room is always trashed, piss on the floor, vandalism, and broken sinks; again, not because of the staff.
