Simply Fun Cakes is loved for its amazing cookies. The cookies are a big size with a great texture, offering the right balance of crunchy and soft. They are perfectly baked with crisp, caramelized exteriors and soft, chewy centers, not overly buttery or cakey. The thin texture is really good, and they are not too sweet. Favorites include the Plain Jane, which has a good balance of sweet, brown sugar, and vanilla with a hint of salt, and Mary Jane’s Cookies n Creme. The chocolate chip is also dangerous, as it is easy to eat more than one. The service is great and super friendly, with welcoming service every time. Customers will definitely be repeat customers.
