“A wonderful gem in this shopping center; especially clean and fast service with even a greeting as I walked in. The food was prepared quickly and precisely as ordered and the best part was it tasted great. The employees here were delightful, will definitely be a frequent visitor henceforth.“

“Curtious and wuick service. Location makes it essy to get to and plenty of parking. Location site is small so keep in mind when visiting during busy times like lunch hour. All in all food was fresh and service was outstanding. Refreshing to see a smiling face even at the end of tbe day just before clising on a friday. This is the only restaurant that i will order tunafish sandwich on take out or dine in because it is slwsys fresh unlike othet establishments.“

“I’ve visited many Subway locations over the years, but the one in Hayward truly stands out above the rest. The moment I walked in, I could feel the difference — the store was spotless, organized, and welcoming.

What really impressed me was the owner. She was absolutely the best — friendly, professional, and genuinely caring about every customer who walked through the door. You can clearly see that she takes pride in his business, and it shows in the quality of the food and the atmosphere of the restaurant. It’s rare to meet an owner so engaged and dedicated, and it made my experience feel personal and memorable.

The girl working in front was also amazing. She greeted me with a smile, prepared my sandwich with care, and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. Her positive attitude added so much to the overall experience.

My sandwich was fresh, perfectly made, and full of flavor — one of the best Subway sandwiches I’ve had in a long time.

Overall, this Subway in Hayward is on a whole different level. A great owner, a great team, and consistently great food. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality service and a welcoming environment.“

“I don't go to subway. I do not eat here. I eat at mr. Pickles or togos or baras deli on Washington ave(great btw). But I got a Christmas gift card for $10 and I decided to go there. Place was empty, atmosphere was nice, guy working there was very nice as well. Did a quick and professional job and my spicy jalapeño filled sandwich was great ?. I wasn't a fan before but I now find myself looking for reasons to go back to subway. Well done?“

“It was 7 pm more or less, and it was full, unfortunately there was only one young man serving, however he was extremely kind and helpful, while the bread was toasting he served another client; He took the time to serve each customer with great attention and care. We had to wait but when it was our turn he tried to talk while he put together our order. Excellent attention.“

“The lady at the counter was very helpful she suggested some options for me and I accepted, first time I tried a salad bowl with rotisserie chicken and dressing, it was absolutely wonderful.
The store was very clean and welcoming. However I must admit to a certain level of sticker shock at the current prices.. it had been a while since I ate at a Subway.
Last time they still had $5 Footlongs, now the cheapest of those is $17 and up.“

“Went early in the day, daid I was ordering the meal of the day. After making the samdwich, before checkout, she said the drink machine was empty and I had to pay 50 cents extra to get a bottled drink. At that point, it was too late to change my mind about what I wanted. I didn't feel I had a choice but to pay a little extra for the soda or a bit more extra to cancel the meal deal. That should absolutely be brought up before making the sandwich, and/or offer the bottled drink or some other replacement for no extra charge.
