Less food in this location compared to others: the footlong sandwich only has one piece of meet and bread only! no bag for take-out! The woman will charge you bag fee. What a terrible subway location / service. Please avoid this place!!!!!
Best customer service, and if you had an issue, you caused it, Monica ;)
Service is bad. Rachel (if that’s really her name) refused to change our order because we ordered it online. What’s the point of customer service if they can’t be service to customers. Told her to cancel our order and she wouldn’t do that or give us a refund. Asked for a manager and she refused to get one/call one. Will never come back here.
