Good food n you feel at home
So sad we have been coming here for years and came today to find out it is permanently closed. By far it was the best place for sushi here in hayward

Unfortunately, recent challenges like the economy, neighborhood crime, and the impact of the pandemic have led to the restaurant's closure after 20 years of operation. Despite the closure, loyal customers will miss the delicious bento boxes and sushi rolls that were always a hit. The service, even during busy times, was top-notch, although there were occasional mix-ups with orders. The restaurant's lunch buffet, advertised with enticing Asian food drawings, was a hidden gem that some diners regret not experiencing sooner. Overall, Tomodachi was a go-to spot in the area for tasty sushi and bento box options that will be dearly missed by many.
