“This is one of the best hamburger restaurants I have ever been . The hamburgers are hand pattied with real beef and cooked to perfection . Usually when I ask for medium well the outside is charred but this was done in the middle ,but not burnt on the outside . My husband asked for medium and was cooked perfectly well with a little pink . The French fries are hand cut , not frozen and also cooked perfectly . My husband ordered a chocolate shake and was full of chocolate and also made fresh from ice cream and not ice milk or milkshake machine . The staff was friendly and helpful with ordering . The restaurant offers indoor or outdoor seating. We were looking for someplace quick but never expected a gourmet burger and fries. I recommend you eat here for excellent homemade burgers and fries!“
“Just arrived a little late in town on a Tuesday, needed a quick bite to eat so we stopped in at A&W for the $12 Two Meal Special - 2 Original Bacon Cheeseburger Combos For $12 Every Tuesday. A quick roll through the Drive Thru, and we were on our way to our condo with a lite dinner. “Celebrated my wife's birthday here and was glad we chose Baci over other restaurants in Healdsburg. For us, it was the perfect meal, perfect wines, and wonderful staff and owner who made the experience what it was - 5 stars! My wife ordered the Agnolotti d'Aragosta (lobster ravioli) with a glass of rose. She was so impressed and savored every bite. I ordered the "combo" Ossobuco e Risotto con funghi with a glass of Montepulciano which I very much enjoyed. We started with their seasonal Insalada Primavera which was incredible. The owner greeted us so kindly and by name as we arrived for our reservation. She was delighted to ask my wife if she was celebrating a birthday (which I had made a note of in the reservation). Our waitress was incredible. Knowledgeable, willing to share her recommendations, and later told us with pride that she had been working there for 12 or 13 years! Baci is a great restaurant - for sure because of the food, but mostly because of the love and care the owner and staff give to serving its customers.“
