Carl's Jr Reviews
Went to Carl’s Jr. yesterday on San Jacinto st.., Hemet, CA order a big cheeseburger combo medium size. Ended up getting a small drink and a small french fry and a burger look like a regular cheeseburger instead of a big cheese burger very small. Cost almost $14 last time I will go to the establishment. This has happened before. You can look at the pictures and tell that it’s Ia small french fry and a small soda. Had to wait 15 minutes for french fries nobody in line...read full review
The staff here are wonderful. Always so nice. The atmosphere has seemed to become a little more enjoyable than it used to be. The food quality has come back to what it used to be like as well. Its my favorite Carl's Jr.
I ordered two large iced coffees and I’m pretty sure I got mediums and both of them are so watered down. You can’t even taste any of the coffee. The AI ordering thing I believe makes their employees lazy. They ASKED ME if I wanted any sauce and I said yes I wanted ranch and the bag had none.

Based on the reviews, Carl's Jr. has a mix of good and bad experiences. The food is good, but customer service is horrible at this location, both in the drive through and the dine in area. One family asked for no tomato due to an allergy, but they still received pico de gallo on the burger. Another guest was denied the bathroom code and told to check a receipt. The food was cold, and the soda was flat with no carbonation. The onion rings had a weird aftertaste like cleaning supplies, and the Sprite tasted funky.
However, some staff are polite, friendly, and helpful. One man working the window was extremely polite and helpful, easily switching a kids chicken nugget meal for a child with an egg allergy, and later running out to bring a missing large fry. For many years, this has been a family favorite location because the quality has stayed true, and the service and friendly environment are consistent. The restaurant is always clean and smells delicious, with a good atmosphere and pleasant easy listening music. There are vegetarian options, and the staff are accommodating for dietary restrictions like less on a burger. The restaurant has plenty of parking, is kid-friendly with high chairs and boosters, and is wheelchair accessible with ramps and good space.
