I started going here again. Customer service has greatly improved! The donuts are really good and they have crullers!! ❤️ I also got a cronut which was delicious. My cat was fighting me for it! 😂 Changing my review from a 1 star to a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place has the best crullers! Adjusting my review on 3/15/22. I went there Friday 3/11/22 at 8:30pm. They are open 24 hours a day. I walked in and no one was around out front. I wait a few minutes and call out for someone. I can hear them in the back room. I tried yelling to them for 10 minutes and they would not come out so I left. When I got in my car I called there to let them know they lost a customer. They wouldn't even pick up the phone. Very disappointing.“

“This fresh made, warm and healthy donut is phenomenal. Seriously, you can have one and without guilt or regret. Healthy meets most delicious. Do not forget the matcha latte...prob the most incredible invention in history. I love this place ❤️ is a major pit stop when I visit Santa Monica“

“Mochi donuts are amazing here! Fair variety, fast service, the display is high so it's easy to browse without squatting or bending over (a huge plus for me)!
Parking can be rediculous as it's mall parking, best to NOT park where Google tells you to (in front of the main entrance to PF Chang's and Lazy Dog) and go over to the side of the building by the entrance to the Mitsuwa Food Court for easiest access!

“The drive thru is so convenient in the early mornings. Be prepared to wait in line past 7am. The basic glaze they use for everything is tinged with lemon and is scrumptious. I recommend newbies try the mini glazed. Awesome old-fashioned vibe inside with ample seating. No restroom, no radio, no TV but lots of San Pedro history.“

“MY Best friend went to get himself a turkey sandwich. And two ham sandwich for my daughter and I. He told me all 3 worker's treated him really kind especially the older guy. He said the older gentleman told him to sit down while he prepared his meal and gave him coffee. He said the staff was very kind. Their sandwiches are very good. The best we ever had. “My spouse and I come here at least once a week. We really enjoy the sandwiches and the iced coffee (strong and sweet, just how I like it). They stuff the sandwiches with lots of ingredients but will leave off any ingredient that you want and even give you pickled peppers on the side. We don't understand why anyone would even go to the Dunkin down the way when you can go to this place. The donuts are big and fresh here. They have such a variety of food and drinks (like fresh juices) that I'm amazed every time. If you think you won't find something you'll like, go in and at least see the menus on the wall.“

“I live in the neighborhood and this is my go to donut shop. They are very friendly and have an upbeat attitude.

The fresh juices are delicious and they have a lot of options. The breakfast sandwiches are my go to with the occasional donut.“

“I absolutely love this place good coffee in the morning freshly made donuts every morning and the breakfast sandwiches are very good and the lady's are very friendly and helpful they do have a very good variety of every thing including water and drinks but I just got to say that the atmosphere and the people makes the place and the food by the way I love there ice-cream I go almost every day for a one scupe of strawberry ice-cream on a cone this place is a must try I really like ti's place and the people.“

“This is a pretty standard donut shop, with pretty much every kind of donut you'd expect, plus a few delux varieties. The staff are quite polite. If you can get here just after opening in the wee hours of the morning, the fritters are especially fresh, but it's hard to predict exactly when they will open. If I'm on my way to work, then I need a backup plan for breakfast.“

“I was here last week: April 18 to April 26, 2022..and I kid you not we order 1 or 2 dozen boxes of donuts at 10 times. These are the best donuts I ever ate in my life. I love the fact it is open 24 hours. We even order 1 dozen as a carry on our flight back home. We are from West Jordan, Utah. “Wow. I had a long wait picking up someone from LAX so wanted boba. Gps led me to this nondescript place. Got the green Thai bob milk tea. Wow! Great flavor! Super subtle flower note, not so sweet, very light. Bob was warm and soft in the middle. This drink hits the boba spot and competes with the best of them in taste and in price.

Edit: Watch the ice! They give loads like 3/4 cup.“

“Best donuts in the South Bay!! All of the staff are wonderful! The coffee is ALWAYS HOT and FRESH! It is a great place to pick up fluffy, flavorful, and fantastic donuts! “I came here for the first time at 3:30am after having some donut cravings. I've been eyeing this place for sometime and figured hey I'm up at an odd time and there won't be any traffic so why not give this place a shot? My other option would have been another spot that would've taken another 15 minutes or so to drive to.

At any rate, got a box of a dozen and the guy at the counter tossed in an extra one on the house. i did pay by card so maybe that was the reason (read other people receiving similar service) but i ain't gonna complain. The two i had (sprinkled, cinnamon) were very fresh and tasty. can't wait to try the others!

My only concern is mostly the oddballs you'd see hanging around PCPH (intentionally written). Luckily, there was only one other person who was friendly and helpful. Otherwise, gotta love a 24/7 donut shop!“

“I was a little skeptical after reading some reviews… Not to mention usually when custom donuts, cookies, etc. Look as cute as these usually they don’t taste that great however, in this situation, it was a complete opposite… I found Donut master while doing a search online and reading reviews…I Had the most amazing experience with the owner as far as communication and the work that was put into these donuts… They were so cute just the perfect touch… But the best part out of all of this is that the donuts are literally the best donuts I have ever had…cooked to perfection! When I go there, I like to order the #30 with cheese and mayonnaise and a large ginger tea; although they can special make a sandwich for you, I think the #30 is the best sandwich for a person that rarely eats pork.
