Firehouse Subs Reviews
The lady behind the counter seemed overwhelmed. There was one other person in the store besides myself so I ordered via the kiosk. No tomatoes please, but …
The sandwich was delicious minus the manual removal of the tomatoes. Place was clean with lots of seating.

This poor lady was all by herself. Finally another worker came in to help her. She was very rushed but handled everything very professionally. They apologizd for me waiting so long. Not their fault and the food was fabulous like always. Good job to them.
Firehouse Subs is a must-try for anyone craving a flavorful sandwich. The meats and toppings taste fresh, the bread is perfectly prepared, and every bite is satisfying. Great service, generous portions, and a welcoming atmosphere make each visit worth it.

Firehouse Subs Hesperia Marketplace on Main is known for serving great food, especially their subs. Customers often praise the subs, with popular choices like the Turkey Bacon Ranch and the New York Steamer, which many say is better than Subway. The restaurant is always clean, and customer service is exceptional. The staff, including the General Manager, are friendly and helpful, though some reviews mention that the GM could lower their voice and avoid shouting at customers. The decor features firefighter memorabilia and themed decorations, creating a mini museum atmosphere. A portion of each purchase goes to buy lifesaving equipment for first responders, adding a feel-good element. Customers enjoy the variety of hot sauces, labeled by spice level, and the place offers TVs and plenty of private parking. Some concerns include the presence of homeless/vagrants nearby, which can cause distractions and minor order mistakes. For safety, staff and visitors are advised to stay aware of their surroundings and consider installing safety features like code locks on restrooms and a small door at the ordering counter. Despite these issues, most customers look forward to returning to try other sandwiches, including the Thanksgiving sandwich. The loaded potato bowl is also highly recommended, though not everyone enjoyed the Tuna sandwich, citing expectations about ingredients that didn't match the picture.
