“I've been here twice. Reuben with onion straws was a hit. Had a Denver Omelet, added cheese cause it doesn't come with cheese. It was good. Biscuits and gravy was so/so. Service was good and friendly. Pecan pie was also good. Portion sizes excellent. Menu not overwhelming, with good variety. Not the warmest environment, but very clean. Counter dining available. Prices not outrageous, but not cheap either. Will return to try something new because I felt welcome.“

“I had an awesome experience here! Gabby helped me navigate the app for my rewards points and Ashley let me choose the Cinnabon that looked the best to me! In the past, there was a worker who told me I couldn’t choose which Cinnabon I wanted and that I had to take the one she chose for me! Seriously? So it was a pleasant surprise and excellent customer service that both Gabby and Ashley gave! Cinnabon is my favorite warm, sweet treat! 🥰“

“I've these since childhood and they great for the price. The fillings on all the pies are all delicious, just wish they filled them with more lol. Much better than Hostess which tastes fake and chemically. My only complaint is the crust which at times seems soggy or with no crunch. I wish the glaze was more consistent and over the whole pie.“

“3 Leches cakes are the best at this location. I haven’t found a better place in all the sprouting cities. Customer service is always great,friendly, respectful and helpful staff. Pan dulce and the tamales are good too. Definitely recommended 👍😊“

“The Sugar Chalet is the perfect small town gem of a bakery! We’ve been coming here for cookies and the occasional cake for a while and this place wows! High altitude baking is no joke, and they know how to do it perfectly even while accommodating dietary needs like keto. Their cakes are out of this world — definitely don’t miss their seasonal spice cake around the holidays! “I have been coming here for awhile thanks to my wife's coffee addiction... All the staff that has served us has been helpful and the coffee tastes great (not too sweet, not too harsh). You do need to walk in to order/ pickup but the ambiance inside is great and welcoming. If you decide to try the food the chicken Pesto sandwich is amazing.“

“The bakery is a hit or miss. The hand pies are super delicious however the donuts don't taste fresh. The deli as well is also a hit or miss sometimes they will be quick and efficient, sometimes we will be held on the phone for over 10 minutes before we are even helped and not even get our sandwich correctly made. 🤷🏼‍♀️ during the winter this place is amazing, during the summer when it gets busier up on the mountain not so much.“

“Very friendly staff and yummy treats! I often get their traditional matcha (slightly clumpy due to undermixing but still tasty) and pumpkin cobbler bar (ah-mazing). They get some of their treats from a local baker and some from a place in LA. I really like their breakfast burritos too but it is very unpredictable when they have them. Overall I still enjoy every time I visit!“
