My father and I stopped by to grab an early dinner on a tuesday after spending the day in hollister. We both love chipotle, but it’s honestly difficult to find consistency across locations. We hadn't been in over 3 years. It is scoop and serve much like a the ones in the mall. Not bad just not real good. Less choices than subway, I was surprised by this.
May not go back for another 3 years.
No issues with the location plenty of parking. The staff was friendly and the seting area ws clean.

I got kid meals for my kids and the meat and beans were all too spicy. Kid food should not be spicy. Later on another day, I tried calling to ask if there was any meat that was not spicy beforei ordered online. Their phone system is all automated and there is no way to actually talk with someone in the store. This is terrible customer service if you can't even be reached.
