This place was amazing. I had a lunch special with a half salad and half panini. I did the create your own salad with half mixed grains and half kale. The grains were cooked well and not mushy, I also got some roasted veggies and baked tofu for my toppings. Had a chipotle ranch dressing, it was tasty! My go-to place when in a Hollister. I always get the the asian crispy chicken salad. Their cobb salad is really good too. You're able to customize your salad to your liking as well :)

It's basically an over priced salad bar. The service and sitting area was great, clean and lots of healthy options. I noticed they short you on the choice of meat but load up on the greens. For 2 plates and 2 water bottles $35 not worth it to me.
