“I've been eyeing this place for over a year. Because it's only open at lunchtime, I wasn't able to get there. I finally had the opportunity today, and the wait was worth it. I chose the most famous sandwich (I think it was called the California) which had avocado, bacon cheese, and all the good stuff in the sandwich. The staff were super nice and the decor of the place was fun. I also had a chocolate cookie :-) which was also good.Next time I'm around for lunch, I'm definitely coming back here“

“I had an amazing experience at the Panera Bread in Hollister thanks to Brianna. From the moment I walked up to the counter, she was very soft-spoken, extremely polite, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to answer my questions, helped me with the menu, and made sure my order was exactly right.

“Stopped by with my wife to checked out the only other all-vegan restaurant near Salinas. Was not dissapointed! Felt inmediately welcomed and at home. Food was absolutely delicious. The decorations and merchandise made waiting for the food worthwhile. The location is perfect! You can grab a bite and take a stroll or sit down and enjoy your meal while watching passerby.
