Went for a ride to find champurrado because someone on NextDoor posted they would be by Nopal Bakery and luckily we came across San Benito Bakery since we didn't find anyone by Nopal. The champurrado was sooo good! 10/10!

I was disappointed with 2 cake decorations and they didn't have them at the agreed time.

So a few days ago I went in to get some bread only to realize it had MOLD. It's my fault for not checking but you don't go into a bakery thinking they'll sell you moldy bread! Super disappointed because my parents and I have been going here for years! Never again!

This place is amazing! Born and raised in Texas, I know good food, to include sweets and treats. Beth let me sample a butter cookie with powdered sugar, and now I'm hooked!! Not only are the cookies and pastries great, it's the cutest little spot in Hollister. My new favorite place.

Special today Chicken Alfredo Fettuccine. Wow, the best ever, great flavors, comes with two big pieces of garlic bread from his homemade ciabatta. . Went for Carlos new doughnuts, which are fantastic . Went back for lunch to try the special. This Fettuccine is a must.

We were desperate for a last minute cake request for my mom's 75th birthday party. We were so happy that San Benito bakery could help. The cake was unanimously delicious. Everyone remarked how delicious and moist it was. The shopkeeper and her grandsons were very polite and helpful. I found out that they also make tamales! I will definitely order from this bakery again and try the tamales.

Great atmosphere. Small town vibes. Loved the soup and sandwiches we ordered. Thank you!

Pretty good food, but customer service lacking. Their customer service went from sub par to awful last time I ordered from them, and that's when they lost me as a customer. Hint to mom'n'pop businesses -- train your employees to treat your costumers courteously if you value return business from the local community.

Should be ZERO stars! Today my family and I experienced the worst service. When we came in to have breakfast there was a big party already seated; 12 people to be exact. I came with my family of 13 and they proceeded to tell us they cannot join the tables together. We were okay with that and they showed us which tables we were able to sit in separately. We were seated at the 2 separate tables and then the server came back and said we cannot accommodate you. We asked why since we were already sitting down. She gave us no reason and said the manager said we can't. I suspect racism because we were a big asian family. We left upset and were not about to argue to be seated when clearly they did not want to serve us. Tip to the owner: don't seat your guests then tell them to leave after being seated. It is very rude! Tip to other guests: Go to Country Rose Cafe instead! They are very friendly. The service and the food was great!!
