We used the phone App to order online food. After a while the app said food was ready. We enter the restaurant and find our name in the "Preparing food" list.??????? What is wrong with this app?About 10 minutes later my name is moved to "order ready" column. Great! We wait another 15 minutes before someone packages our order. Really??? Had great service and courteous interactions with wait staff, particularly *** and ****. Love the lively atmosphere. My roommate and I are in our 80s but are delighted with BJs and will definitely be going back to our local restaurant. As for our food choices they have been exceptional, prime rib yummy. Yay!!

We watched you as a hostess, waitress, and be a team player all the while anticipating refills and going above and beyond for your customers with a great personality! All that was ordered was very good and timely! ******* is truly an asset to BJ's Brewhouse and it doesn't go unnoticed!
