This store has an environment that is opposite of what Starbucks represents. There is a rude employee who is very disrespectful. She gets away with this because her boyfriend is the store manager. I was in there a couple of weeks ago. She failed to secure the lid on my coffee. I know she did it intentionally. The coffee wasted in my car and she blamed it on me. I was in there yesterday and she called the police on a man she claimed threatened her life. I believe she was lying....read full review
The slowest Starbucks on the planet. They usually have only one person working and they do more talking than working. Today i had two people in front of me and it took 22 minutes to get my drink.

This place consistently forgets to put vanilla when I order it in my drink. Half the time I'm charged for it and they forget to do it ,the other half they forgot to ring it off and so they're like well it wasn't with vanilla. Either way this was the 4th or 5th time it's happened to me at this Starbucks so two stars. Also they didn't offer to fix it and I felt weird asking based on the vibe they gave me when I told them it should have had vanilla. 😭
