Uncle Fluffy is a great location and concept in the Huntington Beach area. They offer many different sweets, including super fluffy Japanese cheesecake, which is also fluffy and creamy at the same time. The texture is divine, with a perfect balance of flavors. The cheesecake looks like a large fluffy muffin and has the logo design on top. They also have tarts, cake pops, and other desserts, as well as a variety of drinks and coffee. The drinks are not too sweet. The tarts, including Mango and pistachio, are flavorful and delicious. Gluten-free Japanese Cheesecake is also available. The staff are sweet and friendly, and the customer service is awesome. Absolutely must try when hitting the beach, and don’t miss out on this when in Huntington Beach. The little dessert place is worth every penny.
