“The ice cream is great. It always is. ALWAYS. But, what stood out on this visit was the service. We were in the middle of ordering when another customer pushed in front of us to tell the cashier Delaney that her order was wrong. She was super rude and condescending to the poor girl, who handled it with grace and never lost her smile. She handled that quickly and competently, and then finished with us. She was great“

“Awesome boba tea! I’ve had the Thai tea and classic black tea. My wife loves the taro tea. I get regular or 75% sugar, but she gets no sugar, which is still pretty naturally sweet for the taro. The shop is super clean and they have good WiFi.“

“The burgers were amazing- so tender and juicy for a default medium/medium well burger! The fried chicken sandwich was also so juicy and yet crispy, in fact I think my friend and I both preferred that, please don’t tell the owners! Just kidding..but it was great. Very light batter, but just enough crunch. The mochi waffle was yummy, and the combo of hot waffle and cold ice cream was uber-comforting. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a simple but extremely well thought-out meal.“

“First time ever been here. I love the lovely decorations for Valentines coming. I got B2 Fresh Lemon Black Tea with Mango Boba and Lychee Jello, highly recommend for this drink if you are tired of milky/creamy boba. Service is friendly and patient!“

“This coffee shop is in a small plaza. There was room for me to sit and study around 10 a.m. on a Friday. The best part was the friendly service. Also, I got the croissant sandwich was a pleasant surprise, I liked the sauce/aoili. Also, lots of interesting drink options, but not so much that it's overwhelming. The chai tea was good too- from somebody who doesn't like their chai too strong.“

The lady was super nice, calling us by sis and auntie pronouns and thank us when we left. I’ve been here in the past when it’s extremely busy and I can agree with other reviewers that they can be rude. But don’t take it personal.The parking in this plaza can be quite hectic. I think the price here is cheaper by a few bucks than the other competitor.If you get sugar cane, ask them to add a bit of kumquat. It makes it more fragrant and a bit of citrusy. The color came out light and not dark. Indicating it’s fresh, not old.Sugar cane can turn sour quick if left too long or in the heat.They sell raw honey, other drinks and dry food items.“

“I've been coming here the last 2 months. I always get the Jasmine Green Tea to pair with my lunch. A friend recommended me the Black Tea w/ Salted Cheese and that has become my favorite. My son loves their Oreo waffles. The staff is always friendly, quick and professional. Hygiene is a big thing for me and the staff always wears gloves when prepping. Over all, it's worth a visit if you're at Fashion Island.

“We love Roscoe's Chicken & Waffles restaurants, but this was our first time at the Anaheim location. The food was awesome! Prices were a bit higher, but most likely because they are down the street from a world famous amusement park and the convention center.“
