Was so bummed the Wahoo's by us in Long Beach closed, but we do come to Huntington Beach every now and then so we hit this one when we can.

You need a store in the Monterey Park or Alhambra area like the one you have in Huntington Beach. I expected to do a great job.

The burger toppings were creative and added great variety.
Their sandwiches are packed with quality ingredients.
I used to eat at Wahoo’s (different location) every week in college and then I moved out of the area. When I came back to the area and rediscovered this place, I was so grateful to be able to still get great food at a reasonable price. Burritos are tasty and not too heavy. My favorite is the bowls and different protein options

Ive been to the Wahoos in Los Al and everything was literally so fresh. I came to this one despite it being in HB the food wasn’t fresh at all the rice was hard and so were the tortillas from the tacos. So with that being said if you want fresh food go to Los Al it’s a drive but def worth it!

Wahoos is always a great healthy choice. Especially when you’re trying to log in on your diet, you can order all the right things. From burritos, tacos to salads or Bowls. This location is phenomenal. The staff is very friendly. This location is always very clean.

What a nice little spot close to the beach.
The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. The service and staff were all kind and professional.
4 Star - The Citrus Slaw shrimp tacos were really good. The shrimp had a nice flavor to them, were not overcooked, and were packed in the taco.
3 Star - The 1988 fish taco had good flavor but the fish was a little dry, eating like chicken. The ingredients were all fresh, which helped!
4 Star - The crispy fish taco was perfect and the star of the day. The fish was perfectly cooked and all of the flavors balanced well
3 Star - The rice was refreshing and had a unique flavor. The spicy beans were a little disappointing as they were more tomato forward than I was expecting.
3 Star - The kids quesadilla was as advertised.
4 Star- All four salsas were good, none of them were overly spicy. Each was unique with a distinct flavor.
3 Star - The asada street taco was just okay. Not flavor to the asada and no char. I would order the shrimp and crispy fish tacos aagin.
A little disappointing that the plates don’t come with drinks.
3*** = Good but no separation from similar restaurants
4**** = Set themselves a part and their food is different and I want to go back.
5*****= You have to go out of your way and make a special trip to try the deliciousness that is there!
