Customer service is friendly enough, food is good, my only complaint is that they consistently never give salsas or Serrano peppers at this location when at the drive through, even when asked.
This place, lacks of service . I'm picking up orders for uber eats and the girl in her 20's giving out the orders is not giving out complete orders... people check your orders before you come out of this place. Go to the one on Pacific and Santa ana st., they have good customer service there, not here.

Very bad experience in the place.I don't know if they bring it with me or that's how it is with all people but they always come out with something.What if they ran out of chicken just when I arrived or if they don't have the pieces that I want me to grab different ones, it's a pain every time my wife orders food ?
