We came to visit our daughter at CSU Dominguez Hills, and were looking for a spot to eat. We looked up some local spots and Guajillo popped up. We were not disappointed with the Chilaquiles! They were delicious and made to order. The food was plentiful and filling and reminded me of my mom's home cooking! Highly recommended!!!
The food is very delicious and the customer service is excellent. The ladies always greet us with respect and are quick as well. I highly recommend this place for breakfast.

Guajillo | Mexican Restaurant is a cozy clean place with super friendly staff. The food is delicious and the service is good. The chilaquiles are delicious, especially with steak and eggs, and the chilaquiles rojos con carne asada are amazing. The huevos rancheros are solid with so much flavors and a little on the spicy side. The handmade corn tortillas are loved by guests, and diners can pick if they want their quesadilla crunchy or soft. The huarache is the best item, though the menudo is okay. The coffee is very good with the bolillo, and the micheladas are so refreshing. The only downside is the prices of the drinks, as Aguas Frescas and sodas are very expensive. The service is amazing and welcoming, with Ismael providing the best attention and great energy. The ambiance is good, making guests feel at home. Highly recommended.
