“Sweetest, kindest family- most delicious food at a great price.We were treated like family. Young(sic?) is the mama who works the front and her husband was cooking.She gave us a demo of the whole thing but also ran off a few great things on the menu, we ended up with avocado roll, dragon roll, and a stir fry.About $16 a pound to build your own stir fry which we loved to customize. Veggies were fresh and well cut. They make their own soy sauce, spicy mayo, and teriyaki sauce at three different spice levels.I cannot recommend this place anymore, such a sparkly hole in the wall!“

“Been hearing about this place and finally had a chance to go. Restaurant: Inside, the place is clean and welcoming. Plenty of seating inside to enjoy your food. Could have a group in there if you push the tables together. Experience: Came in right before closing and I was the only one inside. They took my order and I waited for maybe 10-15 minutes for them to make my food. I really appreciated that it was made to order. Food: Got the New York steak and chicken combo with yum yum sauce and garlic butter. Fantastic quality for everything on the plate. Having the two sauce options gave me plenty of variety. Veggies and steak were cooked to perfection. The fried rice upgrade was worth the money I would recommend this place to anyone who wanted teppanyaki. Quality service, quality food and fast. I'll be coming back!“
“Helen and the staff of the Crystal Casino and Hotel are very professional and extremely nice. Hotel is beautiful and clean with a great location. A hidden gem in Compton. Wehad a community event, stayed in the suite and order food from the restaurant. The chef is fabulous!!!“
“I definitely enjoyed my meal here. My family was seated to left where there was a single grill, so we weren’t bothered by anyone else.There are seven grills and it’s a cozy little place. I was here on a Sunday at 6:30pm and it was packed. I had three different servers attend to my table which was impressive. Our soft drinks were never empty. The food was delicious. Just as good as any other hibachi chain.The drink menu is limited to a few beers and wine. No cocktails here.I was impressed by the cleanliness of the place. Servers constantly picking up finished dishes and sweeping the floors. The men’s bathroom I thought was really clean. It stood out to me.I also enjoyed seeing our steaks cooked separately and served to us directly. Even though they were all cooked to the same temperatures.I feel another places might take an order of 2 steaks or more at the same temperature and cook them all together mixing them up. Then dividing them once they are done. I feel I might not get the whole steak I ordered if it was done that way. So thank you for not doing that. I will come back soon because of that.“
“This is a very casual place. My son recommended this place for lunch. This is the first visit and it was culinary experience for me. The food was served on an iron hot plate, this method of cooking keeps the food hot. I had the eel with rice and added an egg to the order. The food was absolutely scrumptious. This is a must when in SoCal.“
“We got there as the first seating so there wasn't much going on yet. But our waitress Gabrielle was right there to get us started. She explain all of the cocktail's throughly, and helped us pick the best one. She explained the menu and what items she liked best etc. The pacing was very nice and we also did the wine pairing which was great. Overall we had a great experience and food was good. Some things better than the others, the corn crème brûlée starter was amazing as well as the dessert. We will for sure go back and ask for Gabrielle or her twin sister Rachel, they made our experience wonderful.“
