“CiCi is amazing! She is so sweet, attentive, and radiates verified baddie energy. My partner and I sat at the bar for happy hour on Friday - the bartender/server was being treated horrendously by a man and his girlfriend at the bar and she handled it with so much integrity and patience. It was also great to see the other staff members really support her and have her back while she navigated being consistently interrupted and degraded while this grown man threw a fit over like $20.

“Most consistently and best quality we have had in Hollywood. Every dish we’ve had.
The customer service is always great and welcoming.
Even when it’s been very active and busy - the members greet the incoming customers/guests - every time and acknowledge.

Both shifts (not sure if there are multiple shifts or not )
are very solid and consistent!
Have to give edge to the night shift cooks / chefs though.
Not sure of the shifts and no complaints at all. Definitely noticeable and my lady enjoys the meals from the night a bit more she says.

“Truly the quintessential California teppanyaki experience. Felt nostalgic and fun and the food tasted amazing. The service was great and everyone working there seemed like they LOVED what they do. It was a pleasant surprise to see Mr. Mori as the host and running the place like the navy. A legend.“
