Cute espresso stand, shares a space and open seating area with Mike Hess Brewing. They offer your standard offerings of espresso drinks - lattes, mochas, americanos. I visited this place twice and found it to be “pretty good.” They’ve got some unique flavors as well. I tried a Mexican mocha, and a latte, and both were tasty but pretty weak. Adding an extra shot to the 20oz drinks would probably improve the rating to an “excellent” review.

It's a hit of miss with consistency in service or the quality. I often come over and happy to pay for a strong and sweet coffee. But depending on who's the barista. I always ask how many shots in my drink 20oz as I am wanting more espresso and less milk.
For the past 3 weeks it's been this constant that maybe writing this tells me what I need to know maybe it's just not worth it. Today I asked for the 20oz viennese latte warm regular milk at the end...

Plenty of seating available or you can take the coffee to the beach or walk. Baristas change often but I never had any inconsistencies with my drinks. The young girl working there is really sweet.
I recommend this place for good prices and dog-friendliness.
