“Best ice cream I’ve ever had. The owners are very helpful and they tell you all about the delicious flavors and the names they can come up with, such as “Winter is coming”, “coconut clouds “, “the drive home “, etc. You must try them all if you can.”

“One of two very good taco trucks in Independence. Thanks to being up in the mountains all day, we were able to try both of them the same day. Glenn’s was really good. I had standard carne asada tacos, and they were great. Salsa was good, Glenn’s has afternoon shade, and covered dining available.”
