Patience combined with tenacity and a lot of cash will get you a fantastic lunch & dinner experience. Recommend throwing caution to the wind and sitting at the bar overlooking Stadium 2. Incredible sushi and lychee martinis.
The staff and the food is absolutely the best. We had exceptional service as our waiter Gabriel explained many items on the menu which made our dinner selections delicious. If you want perfection, you owe it to yourself to make a reservation here. We will be back!
Exceptional experience from the parking lot to the view to the pristine bathrooms. Set ice was impeccable, yet friendly. Food was beautiful and delicious. Bar service is top notch.

Nobu Indian Wells offers a memorable dining experience from the moment guests arrive. The service is attentive and friendly, with staff like Britney providing helpful suggestions and explaining the menu well, ensuring everyone enjoys the Nobu experience. The food is consistently delicious, featuring popular dishes such as the tempura rock shrimp, signature meat dish, sashimi scallop, yellowtail jalapeño, and black label saki. The ambiance is excellent, creating a perfect setting for a special night out. While some guests noted that the noise level can be high on busy evenings, the overall atmosphere remains enjoyable. Many diners feel privileged to experience Nobu in the desert, especially given the spectacular views of the nearby tennis facilities. Despite the dark setting and large TV screens at the sports bar opposite the sushi bar, the experience remains authentic. Service is quick and good, and the food is wonderful, with dishes like sashimi salad, seafood sunomono, rock shrimp tempura, and soft shell crab rolls standing out. Some items like Wagyu sliders and eel cucumber maki may not impress everyone, but the overall quality is high. Valet parking and a shuttle help guests reach the entrance easily. The room is nice, and dishes such as black cod miso and crispy shiitake salad are highly recommended. Overall, Nobu Indian Wells continues to be a top choice for great Japanese food and a special dining experience.
