“I visit this Carl’s Jr. regularly, and it never disappoints. The employees are always extremely attentive, friendly, and genuinely kind, which makes every visit a pleasant experience. You can tell they care about their customers. The restaurant is consistently very clean and well maintained, which is especially important to me when dining in with my son. We truly enjoy eating here because it feels welcoming, comfortable, and family-friendly. Great service, a clean environment, and a team that goes above and beyond, this location deserves all the praise!“

“I’ve been attending this location for 10 years now with not a single problem or a complaint! The past four years or so have been the absolute best! The food here is a little pricey for me but I would pay it because I never leave hungry or unsatisfied! The restaurant is quiet, extremely clean, very comfortable, and the employees are very polite!
Unfortunately I don’t drive anymore due to my physical condition therefore I come to the restaurant twice a week or so in my power wheelchair with my service dog. The tables are perfect fit for me and there is one specific door at the eastern side restaurant that make it easy for me to exit when I’m ready to go home. Whenever I come to eat, the employees treat me with great respect no matter the circumstances (wither the drive-through line is long, it’s hot, or there are many customers)
Yarlem and Susana are elite employees because they are extremely quick, never make mistakes on my orders, help me without even asking and go above and beyond to help me bring the food to the table so I don’t drop anything! Luis, Brittney, everyone has been great, the people here are amazing!
The only small suggestion I have is to have the wheel chair ramp rebuilt or adjusted so that it safe to go up and down the ramp with ease and without getting stuck or falling off the curb. My power wheelchair personally weighs 450 pounds and I got stuck trying to come down the ramp with three wheels on the ramp and three wheels on the street at night in the rain once, the fire department had to come get me out because I am not strong enough to push my own chair. The restaurant for me is the best on hwy 111 in Indio!“
