Tacos Galaktikos is seriously one of the best food trucks I’ve tried! The food is always fresh, full of flavor, and the portions are really good for the price. I had the al pastor tacos and birria nachos and everything was packed with flavor, especially the meat and salsas. The aguas frescas were also super refreshing. Service was fast and friendly, and the whole vibe of the truck is really cool and unique. Definitely coming back again and recommending it to everyone!

I pulled up to this spot like I’d just crash-landed from a flavorless galaxy—and thank the taco gods, this place gets it.
First off, the vibe: neon greens, glowing purples, little UFO lights hovering over the counter like they’re scouting for the next abductee. The walls look like Area 51 met a street taco stand and decided to party. It’s weird in the best way—like you’re about to order from a menu that’s classified by the government.
