This place is dark and dingy, there's no music or anything so you can just hear the staff talking with eachother. I walked in and staff was talking and did not acknowledge me or another customer walking in. I ordere online and my order took 10 minutes longer than I originally was told. The food is great but service is what would not bring me back.
I'd been wanting to try this chain out for awhile, and I was unfortunate to pick this location for my first experience. The spicy Asian chicken salad wasn't Asian at all. Where were the almonds, the wonton strips, the ginger dressing? It was basically the house salad with withered gross old leaves and teriyaki chicken. They are stingy with the teriyaki sauce; I asked for more sauce and they declined to give me more. I would eat here again, but maybe I'd bring extra teriyaki sauce with me. The men's bathroom was locked.
