Having a great experience. It was my first time tasting Salvadoran food and more than happy to do it. Food really good and tasty, portions are bigger than I imagined. Nice and warm atmosphere. Coming here again if I go back to LA.
We enjoyed the restaurant over all - the pupusas were delicious, and the Mojara frita was really good. The only thing we would have enjoyed better was if the drinks weren’t bottled for sit in service. We ordered Horchata and it tasted a bit aged, we couldn’t finish it. Besides that, we also liked the space, relatively small but nice. The service was really good!
A long time has passed since I last came to this little strip center in Inglewood. To my plrasant surprise there is this new Salvadorian restaurant. They not only sell pupusas but a full menu of Salvadorian food. I had the chicken soup and it was delicious, fresh, I would dare saying organic but I don't know that, but I certainly tasted some fresh good food today at Pupuseria El Cerro Verde.
