Coming from someone who absolutely loves this place, I was rather disgusted and disappointed to see a member of the staff be rather gross on my visit yesterday.
This took place July 11, 2025 between 10:45 and 11:05 am. My complaint is not about the one staff member making up to eight beverages by herself. She was completely patient and kind through it all. I was waiting for my iced coffee near the glass coffee room, facing the barista area and the pick up station....

The folks here are so lovely and friendly! Also, the vibes are immaculate. I had gotten their honey matcha latte and their ham and cheese croissant, and both were absolutely perfect.
im very picky when it comes to my matcha, but it had a perfect balance of sweet and bitter. and their croissant was delightful.
