I checked the calendar before coming here. We were happy to see that they were serving a Monday lunch. The space is cheery and appears to flow into another “business” from a previous era. The service was friendly, attentive and generous. The petite menu was thoughtful —variety and seasonal, and everything came out fresh (raw oysters, salad ) or perfect temperature (broiled oysters, soup). The flavors were great! We drove 2 hours from the Peninsula to have lunch only to be met with a “winter break” sign despite google saying they were open. Call before you go.*I got a nice response and explanation to this glitch and I will definitely try to make the trip again to try your food. Thank you for your replying.

Amazing! Service was kind, polite and attentive. The decor was gorgeous, clean and orderly, nice art work throughout. Ordered two versions of roasted oysters, the Katz and the Champagne. Very very good. Can't wait to come back.
