“What a great, intimate venue for live music! Susan keeps booking great talent at her little bar, week-after-week. Tonight it's bluegrass with "The Good Bad". Last weekend was getting funky with "Norman n the Boyz". Shhh....don't tell anyone about this place to experience talented, first-rate musicians, up-close. (And don't take my seat on the third stool.)“
“I have been all over New England and around California in search of the best clam chowder. I have finally found it in our little gem spot in Sutter Creek, Hotel Sutter. The clams were fresh and perfect texture. Not a fishy taste at all. The nice chunky potatoes were perfectly cooked and perfectly porpotioned! Definitely a MUST try before the season is over.“

“Spacious! Clean and comfortable environment. Decent drink selection and prices. Parking leaves a little something to be desired, but hey, they can't all be zingers. Bumped it up to 5 stars because the bar tender is smokin hot and friendly. Pool tables available, but could use a pin ball machine or claw machine. Something to occupy idle hands.“
