I would recommend this Casino, but kinda like disappointed because I play alot, and i have a Diamond Plus players card and i won 2x with more or less 2K last December. Then January 2025 came and they take away all my perks including freeplays and gifts, plus the fact that regardless of any machines im playing im no longer winning not even the small bonuses.. Then i asked 2 customer representatives and they said “have you won big amounts lately?” And i said yes. And they said “oh maybe thats why!” And i said, wait, what? Are they tracking my game activities and have control of whoever they want to win? And they cant provide me answers. And my Dad has a Gold Players card and he still keeps all his perks. And the customer service i spoke with said, the upper management controls the policies.. And i said, is in it unfair if they do that? Because totally they removed all my perks? And she said, im sorry, i wish i could give you some answers to that.. This is very disappointing because they take away all my perks, my freeplays, my gifts, and it seems like they also have control with the machines when i use my card though i know these machines have Random Number Generators System but i think something is wrong..
Louie Oliver’s is one of the best restaurants in Amador or Calaveras counties!
It's our third time eating lunch here. We arrived before opening, and a lovely young lady greeted us. She was great. Our server made a few mistakes, but I'm not one to complain. We ordered the Louie Burger, minus pickles and mustard. The burger arrived with pickles and mustard. Ate it anyways, I'm not one to send food back. I checked out with my player's card, and the discount wasn't applied to the entre. Overall clean, smoke-free, modern restaurant. Unfortunately, we have noticed that the quality of the food has gone down since my last visit.
Second visit was just OK but wanted to give it another try thinking maybe they just had an off night. They weren't. Had the same issues this time. It was a slow night but 4 simple cocktails still took over 20 minutes to arrive and we were not even halfway through them when the entrees showed up. We then ordered a bottle of wine intending to enjoy it with our food. But...you guessed it...it showed up at the end of the meal. We ended up taking it home. As far as the food goes, the first visit, my pork chop was so overcooked it was inedible despite ordering it medium on the rare side. The replacement was too rare to eat so I just took it home. The 2nd visit I order a NY steak medium rare for $55 that was so raw it was blue inside. Took that home and ate it after time in the microwave. Each of these meals was about $300 with tip. I don't mind paying that if things are done correctly but they are a long way from having their act together. It's disappointing this place did not work out. We have a dearth of decent places in the County and are desperate for better options. Sorry we cannot count this one in as a good food alternative at this time.
My wife and I had an amazing time at Harrah's Northern California off Coal Mine Rd in Ione, CA. We enjoyed both Louie Oliver's Restaurant & Bar and the After Dark nightlife! The live music and vibrant atmosphere made for an unforgettable evening. We especially loved the seasonal salads, the appetizer menu, and the After Dark menu’s chicken wings. The $5 drink specials were a great bonus too! It’s so nice to see live music in the area, and it was a great place to meet up with other locals and friends. The rock 'n' roll bands truly enhanced the experience, and we’re excited to hear more in the future. This spot has quickly become one of our favorite places to enjoy music, entertain friends and family, and unwind on the patio with drinks from the outdoor bar. Highly recommended!

My husband and I love this little casino. Since they are owned by Cesars, you earn for points to use in Reno or Vegas. Every employee we have come in contact with has always been very helpful and extremely positive.
Our server was amazing, she had great feedback on the appetizer and entrees for our dinner. She noticed an error in one order and immediately corrected it, it is staff and service like that will keep us coming back hands down!
Excellent food and service. We had a great time celebrating a birthday.

We were celebrating my birthday with our children. Two of us had hamburgers. They were satisfactory. Two of us had the pot roast. Pot roast had a lot of fat. For the price paid that should have been prepared better. The gravy wasn't as good as I had tasted from my daughter's pot roast at our last visit. It wasn't worth complaining about. Just don't order the pot roast again. Two of us ordered alcohol type drinks. They are very expensive! Also the glass wasn't very full, but they liked their drinks. It was nice of them to give me a choice of a desert to share with everyone for my birthday. Asked for the crème berlee. (Sp.) It was very good. Maybe the best I have had.
The service was EXTREMELY slow. My husband and I had garlic bread, which was awesome. We both had the chef's special, which were smash burgers. They were very pricey for what you get. The drinks were great. Overall, everything was ok. They should probably reevaluate the menu prices and figure out a way to speed up the service. Our reservation was at 6:30. We were seated immediately. We were served our food at 8:30 and given our check at 9:20

Robert is excellent as always. Four of us dining to celebrate Fathers Day. Hamburger and alcohol drinks were good. The pot roast was good. The chicken dish was not very good, but the noodles that came with it were. The clam chowder soup was gritty and chewy. Prices are very high for what you get. We did have a fun outing.
My husband and I enjoy dining at this restaurant. We have tried several different items and haven't been disappointed. Great food presentation and the staff are very friendly.
We have eaten here before and has always been a great place to eat. We had the tomato bisque soup, cranberry-apple salad, which was delicious. For our main course we shared the prime rib, which was very flavorful and tender.
Food is good but the wait time to get it, is ridiculous. We waited for almost an hour after being seated for our food and the restaurant wasn't even busy. It's always slow there but the food is always good. I would recommend
Four people celebrating Mothers Day. Ordered Alaskan salmon, Filet Mignon, Chefs Special Tri Tip sandwich, Louie Burger. Salmon was just ok, Filet Mignon was very expensive, small size, and not tender at medium cooked, burger was just warm and tasted fine, Tri Tip sandwich was very good. Ordered four alcohol type drinks and one never came, but was not charged for it and our waiter made it right by bringing it to the table at the end of our meal. All the doors were open to the outside all around the bar and restaurant area which is very nice, but brought a fly to our table. We spent the whole meal swatting it away. Asked for a fly swatter, but they must have thought we were joking. When leaving we saw someone had a fly fan on their table. Wonder why we didn't get one since we were very close to the open doors. Our waiter was Robert and we have had him many times in the past. He remembered us right away and he gives good service. We did have a good time though.
