Placed a pick-up order online, and the restaurant accepted the order. The store hour showed they closed at 12:50pm, I arrived at 10:30pm but the store closed. Are you kidding me? You can closed on New Year’s Eve, please make sure your store hour lists out correctly, and don't accept the order!

Pickup an order from uber one. Only half bowl of dish, called then but they hang up, very bad attitude. Also the food doesn’t taste good. Can’t believe it costs me 34 dollars

came in with a service dog, and a lady asked me if the dog is service dog, I answered yes, and then she asked where is the Service dog ID card of my dog. I told her that she does not have the right to see any ID, then she walked away talked to a man. The man came to me and asked me to provide the service dog ID card, or he will refuse to serve me for dine in. This is a violation of California law. I would avoid this place.

Ordered beef noodles to take out and felt being cheated with so little food, I meant LITTLE food! But the taste was ok though. No more again. Sorry?

Amazing and delicious! I have been a fan of Sichuan food for many years and Chef Chuan is now my favorite Chinese restaurant in Orange County. If you do not speak Mandarin, use Google translate with the super friendly staff that does not speak English. I had the Fresh Cucumber, Chongqing style spicy chicken, Hand Shredded Cabbage. All three dishes were so delicious and authentic. If you don't like spicy food, just ask them to make the food mild.

I just ordered their shredded pork and peppers bowl and I got a very big plate of food. The food is very good. The peppers were fresh and the shredded pork was substantial. The only issue that may prevent this place from having more success is the trouble with the communication. I am not Chinese. They are clearly Chinese here and it took two people to take my order. There is no hot mustard or sriracha to be had but I was able to get a red pepper medley to spice up the dish. They did not understand me when I asked for egg rolls so I let that go. I was able to gesture and mime my way to getting a good plate just know that this place is authentic Chinese and if you speak Chinese, you will enjoy both the food and the service. For me, it was a bit of a struggle but with great results.

The cuisine is Sichuan, but the dishes are not spicy enough. They have rice bowls, which is fine for a work meal if you work nearby.

As a Chinese restaurant, the taste is inevitable, it is very close to a real Chinese restaurant in China. However, it was brought to my attention that when the waiter picked up the phone call, they would always tell the customer "Sorry no English". How could a restaurant treat their customer like this? Hire a ENGLISH-SPEAKING Waiter or Waitress. PLEASE.
