Mobile order was left at the corner without note or instructions. Attempted to get staff for assistance but repeatedly ignored. Last visit also had one of the items taken by other customer so went missing without notice. Food was okay but service was subpar.

The boy and girls who take orders are opening the window while preparing the order and they wither talk to each other using curse words or play loud songs that also not appropriate and contain curse language.I hope when I use the service next time I see them well behaved or I will escalate.
I ordered:(1) an apple fritter which was not even the size of a tennis ball, no apple filling and a few specks of cinnamon embedded in some pretty nasty old grease, premium price paid BTW.(2) Double chocolate donut which was obviously prepared wrong because ti had a bland tasting flour/oil bouquet(3) a Glazed donut which my 5 year old grandson said was deliciousWhen I complained on line some got back to me fairly promptly and did not offer to pay for the bad they sold me, they offered to give me a fountain soda which is a thinly veiled attempt to get me to buy more bad food, they pay the franchise for policy and procedures just supervise and train those who need to follow. I think the offer of a 'free' coke is a quite sad..... after going to DUNKIN DONUTS for decades I pretty much know what to expect but this was absolutely GROSS!!!! IN SUMMARY: Sorry we made bad food, here is an invitation to buy more bad food....huh?

As with all Dunkin's, food is offered at stellar Dunkin' quality and is delivered quickly. What can I say except Dunkin' is by far my favorite fast food restaurant? The restroom was relatively clean, the food, donuts, and drinks fufill their purpose--the highlight was the seasonal pumpkin spice donut holes. This seasonal item had just the right amount of pumpkin, cinnamon, and glazed flavors.Definitely an efficient Dunkin'. Stupendously for breakfast! ? ☕ ?Vegetarian options: DonutsKid-friendliness: Very kid friendly!

Service is excellent. Ambiance is clean, drive thru is always empty. Donuts do taste slightly off. Good iced coffee.
I loved the fast service the place is clean and has been improving since I last came. The drink was great flavored to wake up this soul of mine.
