This was probably the best large order pick-up experience I've had from a fast food place in the last couple years. Everything was correct, well packaged, and ready to go when I arrived. The staff were friendly, walking me through the order and helping carry it to my car. Great work!

I feel like El pollo loco is underrated really. The chicken is honestly amazing for such a simple place. Everything else can be a hit or miss but the chicken is always spot on, if you come here, you definitely have to try the chicken, if you try anything else then you can't complain or else your just a Crazy Chicken.

The service is great, they are fast and efficient and generous.

Always clean, smiling service & tasty fresh food! Who could ask for anything more?
The atmosphere is about the same as most fast food locations. They do have a good playlist of music, making the meal even more enjoyable.
A pleasure to go to this location!!!

Vegetarian options: You can easily request any dish without meat and, if you're vegan, no cheese or creamy dressing.
