I've been a Fogo De Chao customer for a long time and have had my fair share of visits to different ones by locations. The one in Irvine was just awful, meat handler doesn't come out on time, got full off of salad before finally some meats came to our table. Not only the delay in meat deliveries were bad, but the professionalism of service was sub-par for this sort of dining.
