They used to have baja shrimp and baja fish, but now the truck is known for grilled seafood tacos. I highly recommend grilled octopus and shrimp tacos without cheese. “This place offers a consistent churro, time over time. It's not the greatest churro I ever had, but it is pretty good. THere's always a line but it moves fast. They run out of the dulce de leche topping early in the evening every time though. I went there as late as 10:30 PM to get my churro and I live over 30 minutes away from there.“

Not to mention to mention the avacado it is top tier as you can tell in the pictures. We also had the OC tostada it is very good there is no spice on this one which was perfect for our little one. They do have condiments; tapatillo, vanentino etc that you can add. The guy in the truck was super nice, even gave us some stickers. Parking lot is huge and free so plenty of parking.“

“The best dumplings!! I had The Fried Chicken (6 Pieces) at Down Town Disney. Try these yummy dumplings filled with Seasoned Chicken, Pepper Jack Cheese-filled dumplings, battered and crusted with corn flakes. “I visited Adam's Tacos tonight (formerly Tacos Manuel) to pick up tacos for the family and had a great experience. Adam was very friendly and gave me some recommendations to bring home. We had the carne asada, carnitas, al pastor, cabeza, and lengua tacos. Everything had great flavor - our favorite was the carne asada. We loved the grilled onions! Not sure how they're seasoned, but they were good! Also, the prices were very reasonable. My experience with food trucks has been that they are generally overpriced. Not the case at Adam's Tacos. We fed our family of 5 under $40 which is not very common these days. If you're looking for good tacos in the area, I'd recommend you give this place a shot.“

“This is one of my favorite taco spots in Santa Ana. The tacos are soo good. Their salsas are delicious.

They have a nice assortment of drinks along with a nice selection of meats. Their meats are well cooked and seasoned so deliciously.

I can only eat chicken and am often disappointed with chicken tacos since they often lack flavor or are cooked poorly but this place is far from a disappointment. I love coming here time and time again.

The views out to the golf course are beautiful, the atmosphere is modern and elegant, food EXCELLENT, and service also EXCELLENT. I had the pork chop...moist and delicious, also the mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. Yum! I honestly think La Cascada is great, but ALSO the country club is the BEST VALUE in the hill country!!
