The staff at the Huntington Beach, CA location really need retraining. They come across as unfriendly and unprofessional from the cashiers to the gift distribution area and even the stocking employees. Their attitudes, tone of voice, and overall demeanor make it seem like they dislike their jobs and are working under pressure. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had
I placed an order online. Was supposed to arrive by Jul 11. It's the 15th and nothing. Not even an update. I reached out to the store using the online form, but nobody's responded. Terrible service. By the way, the shipping wasn't free. They charged me like $15 for shipping.
Overpriced, freezing cold and music so loud you can't hear yourself think.
