I ordered the tonkotsu miso ramen to go. The noodles were still great after 20-30 minutes and the broth and chashu were extremely flavorful. Will be coming here again to try the other options.
J San Ramen is in the Jamboree Tustin Marketplace. There's plenty of parking. I love that this area has outdoor seating and each venue offers indoor seating. We ordered the chicken ramen, the baby octopus, shrimp tempura curry and crunchy roll. All so delicious. The restaurant is clean and the servers will take your order and bring it out to you.
