“Joy & Q are two of the nicest folks you'll ever meet! They take time to chat you up about your day and if you're a frequent flyer of Cassel Earth, like I am, they'll always remember your go to order and name!!

Their oatmilk lattes are by far my favorite thing to get there. They use quality syrups, espresso beans, and oatmilk! It tastes the same EVERY time which is amazing to me and so very appreciated!

Also, the location is absolutely perfect. It's clean, tidy, and overall such a fun vibe. You can tell Joy and Q love what they do and it is apparent in how the run their shop.“

“I no longer go to LA Fitness, but I still come back for the smoothies; they’re so good and never bother my sensitive tummy! Great flavors and consistency, the folks who work there are super friendly, solid plant-based options, and the ability to modify to my needs with extra protein, fiber, etc. is a big win.

My favorite low-fat, high protein-to-calorie ratio choice is the M/L Berry Sunrise with an extra scoop of plant protein (and fiber if I want a more shake-like consistency). It’s 40g+ protein, ~550cal, and <10g fat. Comes out to ~$15 with tip.

I also love the Peanut Butter Gone Bananas, but it’s a proper meal replacement and closer to 1,000 calories. Probably explains why it’s so delicious :)

Only downside can be parking during peak gym hours, but it’s worth it.“

“We had such a great lunch at Annie’s Table in Irvine! It’s one of those hidden local spots that feels warm and welcoming the minute you walk in. The atmosphere is clean and relaxed — a perfect place to grab a delicious meal without any fuss.

The staff was friendly and made us feel right at home, which made the whole experience even better. Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. From the comforting bowls to the tasty sides and drinks, it all hit the spot.

It’s also cool that they have fun drinks like boba, and smoothies if you want something extra with your meal.

Annie’s Table is definitely worth checking out — we’ll be back!“

“This was such a cute place for desserts and I’ve never had anything like this. Usually places like this they put fruit in it and there’s never other options that I like. But this one was calling my name, Milk tea bowl with Oreo. It was so yummy and refreshing and would definitely get it again. Even came in a cute bucket which I reuse!“

“NRGize is my favorite stop after a workout or even just when I need something quick and filling. The Peanut Butter Gone Bananas smoothie is amazing! It's super creamy, perfectly sweet, and tastes like a peanut butter milkshake but way healthier. You can actually taste the banana and peanut butter without it being too heavy.

The staff is always friendly and they make everything fast and fresh. Definitely recommend giving this one a try if you haven’t yet!“

“Quail Hill location is one of the best! Friendly staff, store always clean, mobile orders made right and ready when you arrive. My favorite lunch spot for something quick, fruity, healthy and delicious!“

“Hands down, this is the best mango dessert in town! The presentation is absolutely beautiful every detail is thoughtfully done and the taste is even more impressive. It’s perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, allowing the rich, fresh mango flavor to truly shine through in every sip.

The staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive, making our visit even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to the store manager YUNA she is truly a hidden gem! She was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive to me and my family, making us feel so welcomed and well taken care of.
