Very bad service! I made a pick Up order. My daughter went inside the store to pick it up. However the counter was too high for my 10 year old to reach, and they refuse to take it down for my daughter and ask her to do it herself. Poor girl needs to try at her best and use tip toe to grab it. Please stop being RUDE to your customer.

I thought this place was okay. I've had better quality shaved ice. This one was kinda hard and chunky vs powdered ice that I prefer. The toppings were made fresh which was nice, except that it was warm and melted the ice making it soup like. Not my favorite.

It’s one of my favorite shave ice forever. But we tried Boba Tea this time, a little bit disappointed. It looks like they don’t have enough employees, I had to wait 1 hour and 40mins. However, the tea was not tasty as their shave ice, and the Boba was over cook. My boy loves Boba and always orders double. Unfortunately, he didn’t like their Boba at all. Still will come, but no more Boba Tea here.

Meet Fresh is a family favorite. The shaved ice and the herbal jelly is refreshing and unique vs the Korean type of shaved ice. The drinks here are great as well. Highly recommend trying the dessert out here.

However, my recent visit was quite disappointing. While the usual high standards were evident in some aspects, such as the tasty peanuts that were as good as ever, the milk used in my order was unfortunately sour. This unexpected lapse in quality was a significant letdown, especially given my past positive experiences.
I am genuinely disappointed and hope that Meet Fresh addresses this issue promptly. It would be fair for everyone who received a sour milk order to get a refund. Consistency is key for any food establishment, and while I understand that occasional mishaps can occur, I hope that Meet Fresh will take the necessary steps to maintain the high standards their customers have come to expect. I look forward to my next visit and hope it will reflect the fresh, high-quality experience I have always enjoyed at Meet Fresh.
