This store always crazy slow. Even when there is no one in the store. Staff are just lazy, they delay you pickup time when there is no one in the store, and no queue in their order. Waiting for the owner response pretending to care like all other bad reviews.

I ordered a drink and a hot red bean soup, but it's more like red bean water.... while my order came out in a timely manner, it's just very disappointing to not receive what I wanted on a cold night. restroom was open, but did not look well-maintained. overall I would not return to this location.

Not good unfortunately. The shaved ice was extremely coarse and not soft. All the other components (mochi, jelly, pudding) tasted of bad, mass-produced quality.

I went on Monday lunch time. The female server in store really needs to get TRAINED or get FIRED! If you do not want to work, just simply go home. No guest deserves your negative and rude attitude.

The man wearing a mask and glasses is super super rude to the customers. He is a shouting at every customer’s order. Is it necessary to have so much resentment just for calling out numbers??? It takes at least 20 seconds for customers to hear the number, walk from their seats to the counter, and pick up their food, okay? Is there a need to frantically call out the numbers nonstop? If your job makes you unhappy, there’s no need to take it out on the customers. If you don’t want to call out numbers, then tell your boss to install a number calling system!

Not feel much of air conditioning, a store sells beverages and shaved ice dishes won't let you use the restroom, 會中尿毒的. A lots of sticky, dirty tables. In my case the taste is fine, served up timely. I will remember not to come back in summer.
Your restroom codes don't matters, your people stack a pallet vertically to block the door and tell me I can't use it

we waited about 45 min for this small shaved ice dessert that cost $10. not worth it. service is sooo slow and they need more workers or more efficiency. i wanted to go up and help them make orders to speed things up.

I don’t think I’m getting the right portion with my togo order…. Only half of the bowl and toro balls are missing
📍 Response to your reply: Thanks for suggesting the dessert looked like it had already been eaten. What actually happened is I mixed it around while searching for the missing toro balls. When I first opened it, the bowl was already only half full.
The order was placed through Uber Eats, but I personally picked it up in-store. Next time, I’ll make sure to check the order at the counter before leaving :)
